Pre-Order Policy

Quilters Cupboard has new fabric collections arriving regularly and wants to offer you the opportunity to preorder some of our favourites.
Expected Arrival Date
Dates are based on estimates from the manufacturer and are subject to change. Delays can and do occur.
Deposit Required
All pre-orders require a non-refundable 20% deposit that will be applied when the order is placed. The balance owing and shipping charges (where applicable) will be invoiced when the order is ready for pickup/delivery.
*You may be charged a shipping fee when placing your order. If your pre-order item is eligible for free shipping, it will be deducted when you are invoiced for the remaining balance.
Pricing for Pre-Ordered Kits
Kit pricing is subject to change pending receipt of finalized fabric requirements for each kit. While we expect any changes to be minimal, price changes are possible.
You will always be notified of any substitutions, shortages, or price changes before the completion of your order.
Place Separate Order for Pre-Orders
We ship complete orders once all items have arrived. If you order other products on the same order as pre-order items, they will not ship until ALL items have arrived. If there are some items that you would like to receive right away, please submit a separate order for them.
