Christmas will be here before we know it. This year Santa and his team of reindeer want to help you get ready… One Day at a Time! Quilters Cupboard will bring you special, limited-time product promotions that are available for ONE DAY only. When the clock strikes midnight, another a whole new set of daily promotions will be offered. If you see something you like, be sure to order it right away because, when the day ends, it will be gone from the website.
How do you find out about the Daily Deals?
If you are already on our mailing list, you will receive the daily emails outlining the specials for the day. If you're not on our mailing list or if you don't receive an email for a particular day, the daily specials will be accessible on our website and posted on Facebook too.
Online Ordering Only
This is an ONLINE shopping event only. Daily promotional items are NOT available in store. All orders must be placed through our secure website. Orders cannot be taken over the phone. Unlike our standard online shopping experience that typically offers same day turnaround, these items still need to be shipped from the North Pole.
New to Online Ordering? Having Trouble?
If you are new to online ordering or are having problems placing your online order, we will gladly walk you through the process or help you find what you need. Please call the store (905-862-0666) during normal business hours for assistance. We can only help you place orders for the current days promotions. Requests to order items from a previous day will not be accepted.
If you have a problem with an order you have already placed, please email (store@quilterscupboard.ca) the store with your order number and let us know how we can help.
Payment Required at the Time of Ordering
In order to enjoy the daily special, you will be required to pay for your items each day by providing your credit card information on our secure website. You MUST complete your checkout before midnight on the day of the offer. Please do not accumulate items in your shopping cart throughout the promotion in anticipation of placing one order at the end of the week. Daily items will not be available for ordering after midnight on the day of the offer.
If for some reason Santa is unable to obtain the item that you ordered in a timely basis, an alternative option or a full refund will be provided.
In-Store Pickup, vs Flat Rate Shipping
When you submit your order you will be asked to confirm how you would like to receive your package. You will have the option to pickup your package or take advantage of flat rate shipping.
We will contact you when your order is ready. Our goal is to have all orders ready for pickup beginning Wednesday, December 10th (subject to unforeseen delays). All Reindeer Games items will be packed together for pickup as a single pickup! Please wait for an email notifying you that your orders are ready!
Flat Rate Shipping
If you require shipping, there will be a *flat rate shipping charge of $15 plus applicable taxes regardless of the number of items/days that you order, shipped to one address.
Shipping will begin shortly after the final day of the Reindeer Games Event. All orders placed that require shipping will be shipped via our courier partners. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are processed for shipping.
* Additional Shipping is required for oversized items. All items subject to additional shipping will be clearly marked. You will be contacted at the time of shipping with the actual shipping charges.
Sometimes Things Happen
Sometimes Santa can't always deliver before Christmas... All Items promoted during the 2025 Reindeer Games Event are subject to availability. While we try hard to order enough products and have them delivered in a timely fashion, sometimes things are beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any issues to arise with product availability. We appreciate your patience.
